Rarely driven - Runs and drives. (at this point project car)

Over 1k spent on exhaust system. Interior in good condition...no rips/ tears, dashboard - no cracks!
Recently had head-gasket done but for some reason temp fluctuates.
Will include oem wheels (factory painted white-matching)
OEM paint in good condition, paint on bumper in ok condition.
